AmusedMoose LaughOff 2011 - entries open

The qualifying rounds for this year's AmusedMoose LaughOff, in association with 2entertain, are in February in London, in Manchester in April, and Dublin and Edinburgh (only for Irish and Scots respectively) in early June.

Previous recent winners have included Jack Whitehall and Sarah Millican, both of whom are doing rather well.

2010's winner Rob Beckett was, as a direct result, offered a 28 performance run premiering his first solo show, on Australia's Adelaide Fringe at Adelaide Town Hall this February. The flights were part of his prize for winning AmusedMoose LaughOff.

The winner's prize in 2011 will include be at least £1500 for professional development, most likely for the costs of performing at the international comedy festival of their choosing in 2012. There is also the potential for DVD options etc, plus shiny moose trophies etc.
