I don't think in total. But they sold relatively more.

See? Some (deranged) people think that One Direction is the biggest band ever (at the moment)...I hate that subjectivity argument.

I can't remember the exact stat but it was f***ing depressing to someone who has a fairly eclectic taste in music and was brought up listening to proper music. Will people remember One Direction in ten let alone 50 years? Hopefully not.
