PS. I fancy that Brian Cox!...

Yes, there is something quite appealing about him. He's smart and cute, thankfully, as he seems to be the poster-boy for all things sciencey these day.

Not sure how Dara got the gig,but he has been good value. It's been a great show considering there hasn't been much clear sky around, shame the guy in the field missed the meteor flashing across the sky behind him.

Thanks Griff. I had wondered how he got the Apprentice show too, but he's obviously rather clever as well as being very funny.

Now, can you explain how Adrian Chiles is presenting a new topical comedy series for ITV1?

Yeah, Dara's got a physics degree and I believe he even worked in the field briefly before taking up comedy. Makes him good value on QI as well.

Dara's a physicist or a mathematician or something isn't he?

I have fond memories of Seefacts ranting about Dara because he'd asked him to fetch a sandwich. Or something.

That Brian Cox is creepy though because he's always smiling.

I thought you said:

"Oh dear. It's far to cloudy in Manchester. Such a dissapointment. However, I have put it on my facebook, just incase anyone was interested. More snow and cloud all week.

P.S. I'd give that Brian Cox a good going over."

Spent a night on the Atlas mountains a few years ago. I have never seen the sky like that. There was more star light than black sky, amazing.

Professor Brian Cox rocks my socks.

Eh? See you understood all the time!, sorry if others misjudged my bit of fun with slang.

I understood 'cause I'm down with da kids... however, on here everyone has to write "proper", so that everyone can understand what people are trying to say! :)

Not a cloud in the sky at the moment.

Going to cook dinner early to get outside with the scope.

Jupiter rises early and sets at 10.40 I'm told.

Oooh, good luck!
