Hmmm... doesn't really work for me. The set-up is too long and contrived for the ultimate (admittedly funny!) pay off. Maybe try and break this set down into one/two liners and punch the jokes up a bit (tighter, more accessible) so that they build throughout the routine. Remember these Open Mic nights can be brutal, so whilst I admire that you're attempting to keep the style of comedy personal to you, to be noticed I suggest you swallow your pride and grab the audience's attention with punchier, less esoteric material.
