He's going to be lovely.
Student Finance Direct are knobbers.
On my contact details on their website I have my university address (on campus for my first year, which I left a month and a half ago when term ended) and my permanent home address, which is in a box titled PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS in big letters.
So which address do they choose to send an important declaration form for me to fill in to get my student loan for next year, at the beginning of july when most, if not all, universities have finished for the summer? My campus address, helpfully.
And then they send another reminder to that address over a week ago. Not even bothering to email me, or send a letter to my PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS saying that if I don't reply to the form soon I won't get my loan.
Knobbers. Argh.

You know, one of those tiny tiny black insects that's just a millimetre long line. They crawl all over you in the garden when it's hot.
