Were you not allowed guests at your prom? I think a prom at our school without guests would be proclaimed "Gayest prom ever!" Which is good for some, not so much for others. And it's not that girls are odd, but I don't think being a wallflower at a prom would be too much fun!

We couldn't have them last year, but we can next year. Oh I'm very shy at school with people I don't know-but everyone somehow decided I was pretty and so they liked me at prom-was great to be myself more when people gave me a chance.

That sounds much better than the horrific images I have of my prom. Though they said they might have it on a boat - so I could legitametly dress as a pirate...
