I Googled it too but came up with two options - homonym and homographs, so thought I'd see what BCG-ers came up with.

I work for a membership organisation and one of our member's had the following posted on their website:
I was recently walking threw leeds city centre at approximatley 8.00pm on the 3rd of January 2013 and I notices a bright blue AQL sign and looked at it and I fell over as it blurred my vision and sent me dizzy and I fell over. Not only Once tho but THREE times. I suggest you change the colour or you will be paying a compensation fine. Thanks Member of the public.
