I am going to the the Dragon support person for my organisation. What I've seen of it so far is impressive. It's good if you will use it a lot.

You are going to be or going to see?
You must work for a big organisation if you all have it.
To Be! We don't all have it, it's used as an accessibility tool for the disabled members of staff.
What ever happened to masking taping a wooden spoon to someone's head?
This is the thing, I think it might be too flash. I don't want it to operate everything, just keep you with my brain as I want to write stuff.

What OS do you have? Both Windows Vista and 7 have pretty reliable voice recognition utilities built in. Whilst I've used neither extensively, I was reasonably impressed when I did give them a go.

You have to be consistent in correcting errors in voice recognition using its own correction facilities else it learns bad habits & gets worse.
i.e don't let an error pass by & then correct the document later using a word processor.
Windows 7 (& possibly Vista) has some voice recognition built in. Also Apple OS/X does too.
I had an email once from a friend who thought it was going to transfer his voice into written words, so he spoke very carefully, but what I got was a recording of his voice.... saying... everything... very... slooowly.
It was hilarious.
LOL.
I have my Ink. I have yet to install. But there is one hell of a lot more of it for my money.
Quote: bigfella @ September 23 2010, 8:15 PM BSTI ordered my cheap ink today. If it's shit I'm blaming Aaron.
