I don't begrudge the old pope 20 million.
Why?

I just can't be arsed getting outraged all the time. Life's too short.
Just wondering how much that is per catholic?
Fecking Norah. It's not like the evil European Nazi bastard can't afford it.
Wouldn't it be better to have the petition on the Downing Street website though?
Personally, I reckon he should just pray for his safety and see how far that gets him.
(that's not a threat, if anyone from MI5 is lurking )
How much does it cost to protect any foreign dignatory? Or celebrities at the Brits or Baftas? Or ex prime ministers? Or the Royals? Or runners in the London marathon?

If there's a petition to stop the taxpayer paying for any other evil dictator's visit to the UK, I'd sign that too.

I want to change my name still not decided what to have yet though.
I quite like Jake or Pierre

The security costs for the London Olympics are estimated to be £1.5 billion and that figure will almost certainly rise.
I say we forget the security.
In fact, let's forget the whole thing.

I'd rather have The Olympics than The Pope, and I'm not at all interested in The Olympics.
