You guys aren't raised to fear and hunt the undead?
Hahaha I live down the street from Carleton and I went to school at Ottawa U.
No wonder we can't get any funding for University's in our nations capital.

A power cut left everyone at Chessington World of Adventures stuck on the rides for two hours yesterday.

What fun!

In the opening paragraph it says "20ft monorail". Go down to the fourth picture and suddenly it has grown 10ft. Why can't these newpapers get things right?

I could be mistaken, but I think I've been stuck on that monorail.

My friend just opened an MSN conversation by saying "Hey did you know that your name is an anagram of 'lucky by boner'?"

Nice.

Hey folks I'm rebuilding basically my entire design identity (as in my portfolio, website, business cards ect...).
Just wondering what you guys thought of this Pantone colour combination I'm thinking of using. I really suck at colour, in fact I almost failed colour theory in college. So I always like help with this sort of stuff.

They're making my eyes feel weird. Change the algae-coloured one.

The answer: video games, films and television.

Bah! 99% of the people who watch the same thing are not affected. The films probably inspire them to do things in a certain way, but it's nothing a book or piece of art or even their peers and parents couldn't also do.

Some people are more prone to influence from such media than others. And it depends what exactly you're consuming.

Call me thick why does it take weeks to test these things. A simple removal of underwear should do the job.

It's possible to physically appear as one gender whilst biologically be another.

Ha!

Aw, that poor woman though. Talk about humiliating. :(

To be fair, she does look like a bloke.

A police state wouldn't ask. It'd know.

Good film, that.

I just typed, by mistake, http://board.sitcom.com into my browser and I was rather shocked with the result. There appears to be a picture of a younger Aaron there.

If only.

Why is Granny riding the see saw side saddle?

Because her massive flappy c**t would swallow the thing whole, if presented at such an angle.

For Aaron: a KFC sandwich that uses two pieces of fried chicken as "bread."

Pity about the cheese.

Windows 7 has no compatibility issues. For me. Or my friends.

But black people aren't compatible outside of Africa, I'll give you that one.

Yes, but isn't the point to question why you are consuming it in the first place?

It's not that easy to stumble across snuff-porn, believe me, I've tried! And even if I did, what would prompt me to return to it for repeat viewings?

I know you know this, but it was just a joke. :P

Yes, but isn't the point to question why you are consuming it in the first place?

Because it's by far the dominant theme of films and video games aimed at that kind of age group/audience?

(off topic - sorry)

BillWill, you look like Mr Miyagi :) has anyone mentioned that before?

Haaiiiiiii !

Heh, heh, a relevant funny thing happened a few months ago in the Coronet pub, which has a huge bar area being a converted large cinema.

Long ago at Uni I was in the Judo club and one of the things we learned was how to do the un-nerving judo/karate shout. Its a sudden shout you make, contracting the belly muscles as well as the chest muscles to force the air through the larynx, to surprise your opponent & put him off balance.

Anyway friends & I were talking about Judo & I said I can still do the shout.
They didn't seem to know what I meant, so I demonstrated.

My shout was extremely loud & reverberated around the whole of the bar area and completely stopped dead all conversations throughout the bar.

:D :P Laughing out loud Laughing out loud Laughing out loud

Like Miss Piggy?

Your avatar is similar to a former members, Robeddy. It's confusing, but don't change it because I said that now. It amuses me.

EDIT: Never mind. You've changed it.

Was you referring to the horse?

Yup.

I prefer the duck one. Although, it gives away that it's a duck way too soon. :(
