Ouch, just watched it. She is one messed up puppy. 
If I'd watched it on TV, and not on the InterWeb after having heard about it, I would have just thought that was the accent.
Even as it is, I can't hear much weird about it.
It's less the accent and more the way she moves her mouth to make the words.
I suppose it'll make a difference if you know how she normally sounds.

Just found a PVR for £30 
added £10 though and doubled it from 40gb to 80gb. It has got better reviews then most expensive ones, if it's any good I shall buy one for every room in the house lol.

If it didn't mean that there's about to be something even higher spec for not much more £, I'd be extremely tempted.
(Plus I've already got a PVR just sitting in a drawer because I'm one TV down.)
