For something very silly my friend is making me do, and any 'how' because it won't let me use the iTunes version.

I'm hurting. I sprained my finger during rugby training and now it's nearly blue with bruising and so swollen it looks like I stole one of Elton John's fingers and put it on my hand.

Taken painkillers? Considered it might be best not to play rugby?
