I hate my regional accent. That's why I do work quite hard to remove it. It does creep back in though.

I love regional accents. My husband has a lovely accent but people sometimes don't understand him. I don't like it much when people say f instead of th. Is that laziness or can they really not say th? There is a lot of it about. I had the misfortune to watch a few minutes of Geoff someone on morning telly, talking about a firty free fahsund pand prize. Just fink what you could do with it!
