No I don't remember but apparently it was 1974-75. The Abba cover with Sweet Dreams.

Assumed that clip above was from 2009. If so, it's the Lumley factor. I like the way she has moved on into a classy sort of blues. Speaking of covers and class, this, although some will think it inappropriate -

It was Honey Honey and unfortunately she's snuffed it now. Polly that is.

Are you sure? Her website is up and running. She was often confused with the other
lead singer of the group who had Total Allergy Syndrome (worse than Sybil's mother).

Thank goodness for that!

Brown continues to write and record music including blues material. There is a misconception that she died in 2006, this being due to the death that year of Sheila Rossall who had been the lead singer of a latterday edition of Pickettywitch who - as New Pickettywitch - had worked the club circuit. Rossall had attracted some publicity in 1981 as a sufferer from total allergy syndrome and Brown often faced questions about the illness as a result.
