Probably the same one that had Oasis at number two...
What are you listening to now? Page 378
Number two *giggles* Ahem.
Nancy Boy - Placebo
Quote: NickTheDon @ September 16 2008, 8:51 PM BSTHaha, I see what you mean, but when it comes to British music I imagine Q readers and HMV shoppers will be a bit clued up.
In 1996 Q had a list of top 100 songs of all time, and Oasis were at number one and number two again:

Truth is though, so many lists of this kind have been created that there's probably even one with McFly at number 1 *shudder*.
I'm always wary of 'lists'. Take the HMV one. What is the average age of an HMV customer? And what percentage of the customers actually vote for these things? The same goes for the Q Magazine side of things. These things will obviously impede on any results.
But you carry on Nick. We'll just take it that you're some sort of mentalist.

Oasis made another list involving their song writing skills.
There ranked # 4 if you are looking
Yeah I know what you mean, I wasn't using the lists to try and prove how great Oasis are, I was just showing that I'm not the only person (mentalist) out there who would have an Oasis song at the top of their greatest ever list.
Slightly off topic, does anyone think buying this guitar would make people think I was a BNP type right wing enthusiast?

I CAN'T WAIT.
Is it actually released already, or just waiting eagerly for Mr Postman?

Haha. He's written some shit lyrics, but also some fantastic ones too. Everyone has. The Beatles wrote classics like Yesterday, but they also wrote nonsensical gobbledigook like I Am The Walrus.
I don't think it's out till the 22nd.
Which is weird as I think it's just come out in America. We usually get stuff the day before they do.

Shit, looks like I need a wig then.

Noooooooo!
It's Ben, I must do it properly.
But you've already done it properly by buying it. You'll just be ... pre-empting your listening pleasure. Or something.
