What are you listening to now? Page 307

What decade was the best in terms of music production?
If you could only play music from one decade for the rest of your life, which would it be?

I love stuff from the late 80s/early 90s, so it's a tough one. Think I'd have to go with 90s. Definitely not anything from 2000+.

It would have to be the 60s for me. The Beatles, The Stones, The Doors (early stuff), The Kinks, Small Faces, The Monkees and countless others.

I'm listening to "Somewhere thee's a place for us" - a compilation by Radio Stars. Pop punk group from the late 70s.

Songs like "I got dem old sex in chains blues", "Dirty pictures", "the beast of Barnsley" and "Arthur is dead boring (let's rot)"

"If you don't wanna f**k me baby, baby f**k off" by Wayne (Jayne) County & the Electric Chairs.

"Promises" from "Singles going steady" by the Buzzcocks.

A shit load of ace Madness rarities.

Woo.

Spiderman 3, the birth of Venom bit. :)

Jan & Dean - Gotta take that one last ride - as it's a hot day.

Earlier I listened to Voice of the Beehive.

Aw, my friend met Catherine Tate and a real Dalek rehearsing for that yesterday!

Ooooh, a Dalek. They're quite big in real life!

Yep, apparently so.
