I don't know why, but here in Odessa musicians may say "U2 fan!" - meaning "moron",
I think it's because everybody thinks he's an advanced composer or something...

I got lost on the way to a U2 gig. Not my fault, the streets have no name.
I'm listening to McCartney III thanks to a friend of a friend of a friend. I love it so far - quite acoustic and much more accomplished than I and II. Hard to comment till I've listened a few times though.

If it's hard shouldn't you be doing something else?
Just been listening to Eric Clapton's Christmas album from a couple of years ago. Now I've got the all-time classic, never sounds out of date "A Christmas Gift For You" although when I put it on I'd forgotten to turn the speed back to 33 1/3rpm as the Clapton double album was a 45.
So now I am going to blow the lid off Kate Bush's originality. In truth, I only found it this week and at the end it goes into more standard sort of stuff for its time (1970). But this was some eight years before "Wuthering Heights" and while I was aware of Laura Nyro I was frankly gobsmacked by its "Bushisms".
Laura Nyro - Christmas In My Soul:
Thanks.I prefer it.

And I still haven't found what I'm looking for.

I have to think of a John Lennon track and a childish innuendo. It's so hard.
Yes,"It don't come easy."
But Ringo managed it.
Theme to Suspiria, has a very cool dark fairy tale vibe to it, I remember it from that excellent mini series Mark Gatiss did a few years back about Horror films.
The twinkly twinkly bits are ace with the near black metal growls and ominous medieval executioners drum and that subtle bits of mandolin... Intense... The synth bits on it are years ahead of its time, such an amazingly cool theme, if I were in a metal band, this is what we would play as we walk on

I said to Tracy Chapman, What's the difference between words and teenage boys? She said, Words don't come easily.
Hotnsunny here just right for Reggae.
I've dug up Synchronicity though.
