Every youtube link has an = symbol and it's everything after this you need to tag.

So https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xht45J7Ern3

is shortened to [ youtube=xht45J7Ern3 ]

without the spaces between [ and ].

For some reason, however, they don't work for John's Velvet Underground video.
