That's funny. Just recently I was remembering I'd liked them ages ago when you posted something before, but I couldn't remember the name of the band, or the name of the album. I nearly PM'd you about it.

Just did a Search. It was over 4 years ago that you posted it.

Ha! Funny

How the hell would have you described them to me? I doubt I would've had a clue what your were on about?!

Yeah not usually the stuff I listen to but her voice is just so unique

As far as I'm concerned, they're the best band of all time. Long live The Who.

Their turn at the Olympics 2012 closing cermony was magical. To say they kicked ass would be an understatement to the power of ten. I'll never forget watching them in my underpants because it was so hot and having a cold lager.

The biggest appeal for me is how down to earth they all are. Not sure it they still do it or if it was set up for the TV show but in an episode of Pawn Stars Rik got a birthday gift from his staff which was a day at a Vegas recording studios to record a Who track with Roger himself. Rik showed music isn't his strong point but it looked a great day out. I auditioned for the part of Tommy when Pete Townshend wrote the musical sometime in the mid 90s and travelled to London and it was like something out of Fame with halls full of people getting some last minute rehersing in. It went as worse as it could have and there was no callback.

If it's any consolation the bloke who got the part looks quite good.

I paid 6/8 for I can't Explain in 1965 and I've been contributing to their pension fund ever since.

The follow up is good too.Never heard anything like it before.

Anyway,anyhow anywhere.

What were they doing in your underpants? Is your name really Felix?

I spend half my life thinking about the Spice Girls in the nude. The other half, I keep my clothes on for it.
