Cause = Time - Broken Social Scene

Bish Bosch - Scott Walker

The Beatles were an English pop song group formed of John Lennon (chief songwriter, author, guitars, vocals, harmonicas, moog, piano), Paul McCartney (chief songwriter, composer, guitars, vocals, bass, keyboards), George Harrison (songwriter, guitars, vocals, sitars, moog, piano) and Ringo (drum). They had a series of successful songs but split up in 1970. Songs were Lennon and McCartney songs as songs by 'Lennon - McCartney', plus cover songs like 'Honeymoon Song', Northern Songs songs (incuding 'Only A Northern Song'), Harrison's songs as 'Harrison' songs but fewer songs by Starr, or 'Starr' songs. After a series of successful songs, the band split up in 1970. After their successful songs came John and Yoko songs such as 'Song for John', and Ringo songs such as 'No No Song', 'Harry's Song', 'This Be Called A Song' and 'Simple Love Song'. George made songs like 'This Song' or 'I'll Still love You when Every Song Is Sung' as Harrisongs, a combination of 'Harrison' and 'songs', while Paul songs were most songs of all songs: 'Silly Love Songs', 'Love in Song', 'Summer's Day Song', 'Song We Are Singing' and 'Silly Love Songs (Reprise)' . There was also a Beatles love songs collection, 'Beatles Love Songs'. The band split up in 1970.

Marillion - F E A R

Chuffed that my favourite band have landed themselves their first top 5 album since 1987 (and best ever chart placing with the 'new' singer...you know, the one whose been with them since 1989) and also pleased (tho not surprised) that it's rather good. Even got a 5 star review in the Guardian!!

Just checking. :D

You might like this one, another new find, though it's from 2000. Ryan Adamsy, but his voice reminds me of Jackson Browne.

DARRELL BANKS - Open the door to your heart

Love them all...especially the one by Darrell Banks. Great voice, but I also like the punchy arrangement.

I've just found a radio station called The Breeze. Lots of 80s and 90s easy listening classics and often 5+ tracks will play without a DJ talking inbetween. It's perfect for snoozing off and waking up.

Poor guy was shot and killed at 32.

Copy of this single eventually sold for over 14 grand.

Sounds like it's aptly named. :)
