Paul Burling - Happy for him or not?

I think this is good news for the lad. What do others think.

I'm delighted for him.

He's much funnier than most 'new' comedians I've seen on TV this year.

He does what he does very well and I wish him every success.

I'm a bit drunk, but from what I've just read it's hardly his own show. He's a cog alongside other cogs. Nevertheless, good luck person I've never heard of!

Obviously it's good news for him, unless he didn't want his own show and it's being forced on him; which would be weird.

I don't know why anyone wouldn't be happy for him. He's a talented guy who couldn't get a break then went on a TV show and got the chance to show off his act.

Hopefully it will be a funny show as he may not get another chance.

Never heard of him. Hope it's funny.

Don't know him, except for the fact he was on Britain's Got Talent which is never a good sign.

He was very good. And imaginative.

It's disgusting! How can he just jump straight in line for his own TV show. I'm outraged, some people have to work for years to get even an appearance on TV. This makes me sick, this makes me physically sick.

Oh, no wait. I'm quite happy for him. I always get those two mixed up >_<

Did he have a heartrending backstory like SuBo?

Not really- just a bit of a depressing career gigging the caravan parks.

Hey, I like caravan parks. And if I can't live in a ceiling I'd happily live in a static 2 berth.

Make sure you start with the great Sandy Balls.
