Quote: zooo @ November 20 2010, 1:26 PM GMTI don't think there are . . . many people who . . . think that,
People who THINK that?
It's a FACT that, but for Charles' affair with Camilla, Diana wouldn't have been in that car on that fateful journey.
That doesn't make Charles and Camilla morally responsible for what happened but it's a FACT that but for Diana's death, Camilla would not now be in line for queendom.
Apparently, only 14% of the UK supports the idea of 'Queen Camilla'.
I don't care either way.
I'm just reporting and commenting on this morning's news.
Erm. Ok. Was pure princess Diana not with her umpteenth boyfriend in the car?
I was unaware that evil Camilla had shoved her in, poured alcohol down the driver's throat and sent them off into a tunnel, cackling into the night.

Be all that as it may, it remains a fact that, but for Charles' affair with Camilla, Diana wouldn't have been in that car on that fateful journey and Camilla would not now be in line for queendom.
According to reports, that's the main reason for the lack of support for our future queen.
Camilla seems like a lovely woman.
I'm not knocking her.

Well sure. But being in an accident is the result of about 3 billion causes coming together. Charles dumping her being one.
If the French hadn't built Paris there none of this would have happened would it.
Prezunctly.
She died in a Mercedes so I blame Hitler and the Nazis.
Ok, we've taken care of Godwin's Law and this thread can be closed.

Indeed.
Assuming Di's death was an accident, no rational person could attribute blame for it to Charles and Camilla.
But many people do.

No, it wouldn't.
But building Paris isn't viewed as a morally-suspect act.
Milton Keynes, yes - but Paris, no.
Whos dead now? And do we get a bank holiday for it?

You try telling that to Aaron.
