The Royal Wedding Page 13

Will you lot pack it in please? !

I'm trying to paint the Union Jack on my plastic bowler hat and the lines aren't straight because I keep looking up to read this thread !

Honestly. :(

;) I'm trying to stick bunting up, having trouble with wind!

Hope it rains on Friday in London.

I wonder if Kate or Will got to choose anything at their wedding?
Or if it was all under other peoples' control. Everything's got to be dignified and elegant and following the rules, etc, after all.

What if Will wanted to arrive in a monster truck, or a cadillac. Did Kate even get to be in charge of choosing her dress?

I read in a paper yesterday that she's had 3 dresses made in case details are leaked about one of them. Think that's true? She can always save the other 2 for her future weddings I suppose.

:D
So cynical.

Maybe they'll sell the other two on eBay. Some sad sap would probably want to pay a few million.

Sad saps? There is an army of them out there. I caught a piece on the news about the Kate effect. If she is seen leaving a store these imagination free zones will phone the shop in question, ask what she's purchaed and then request that the shop saves one of said items or orders it in.

Oh dear.
I guess they've been waiting for a Diana substitute for quite some time.

There's not an army of them out there. There's a smattering. Let's not get silly just to fuel some pointless mock outrage.

Not mock outrage at all. Sadly its only in the Fail but http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-1364946/Kate-Middleton-Burberry-sells-beige-trenchcoat-day.html
There's enough that companies such as Asda and Top Shop are into the knock offs.

Katie is very pretty and a proper girlie.

And I for one would very much like to "protect her"

I'm still far from convinced it's worth getting worked up about. There are far worse things in the world.

Careful! She has a circumference of approximately 2 inches and she may crumble into bits.
