Card writing oportunity for standups

Obviously nothing to do with me, just spotted it over on that website I'm not allowed to mention...

Hi all
Just a little intro to our project at www.standupcards.com - a new range of greetings cards written by (and promoting) stand-up comedians selling online and in shops (with sales paying royalties to the writers).

We've been developing our first few cards with some stand-up mates and are now building our range of cards which means we're on the hunt for more comedians to get involved.

Our cards promote your stand-up act on the back of the card and the website, with the latter featuring your MySpace listing and Tweets if you wish. We do the design, print and administer sales paying you commission on the your gags that feature. We're trialing in UK shops and the website at the mo to test the market while we build a fuller range of cards for all occasions (except maybe bereavement...)

You can email us ideas (which remain your intellectual property unless licensed) or there's an 'open mic' feature on the website where the funniest gag posted gets made into a royalty-paying production card each month.

So if you're a stand-up and fancy immortalising your gags to print and seeing them (and your mugshot) in card shops and on the web then we'd love to hear from you.
