Oh dear; the guy who took over as showrunner towards the end of the second season, when this show really started on a big upswing, is going to leave at the end of this season:

You've gotta love this show. We started watching when it was just beginning the third season, so watched them all on DVD first. It was one of those times when even though you know it's now 4 a.m. on a workday you've got to watch just one more episode.

I have to watch them in the daytime.
