Top Gear in the USA

So Top Gear will begin airing next month in America on the History Channel.

The History Channel seems to be less and less about history and more and more about ancient aliens and pawn shops. I am super excited about getting Top Gear, my cable provider does not have BBC America and getting aired on the History channel will expose a lot more American viewers. There was a segment on 60 Minutes about Top Gear last week.

[Mods are crazy fast around here]

The exposure should help James May get more of that sweet pussy he craves the next time he travels to the US...

Not if he doesn't get a haircut and buy a different shirt.

I think you'll find he bought a new shirt in 1997, young lady... Unimpressed

At the old folks charity shop?

At our old house we had flocked wallpaper that was almost an exact match of an ugly paisley shirt he once wore.

In this country that type of shirt is intrinsically linked to real ale festivals, having a common law wife named Susan and never talking about sexual matters in the pub.

In the bar in the town where I grew up, if a man walked in wearing a shirt like that he'd just be asking for a thumping.
