I think A & M have more hits than misses in general. Whereas I found the Mitchell & webb most recent series really woeful.
Esp loved the recycling sketch!!

I do. I have a friend who looks like them both. Quite uncanny.
Not sure about them being terrific actors; to me Armstrong always looks like he is trying not to corpse.
As with previous series this has delivered diminishing returns, lacking the hit and miss inventiveness of M&W or the the ability to build intrinsically amusing characters of H&P. Just the same so-so sketches endlessly rehashed.
I know you mean Mitchell and Webb and some other modern comedy duo, but I just read that as Morecambe & Wise and Hale & Pace.
I must be getting old
Harry and Paul!
In fairness A&M do have some engaging characters, the pilots and the cavemen have been fun, if now a little tired, and I enjoy the Flanders and Swan spoofs. I also quite enjoyed the jilted honeymooner, as at least there was some development of the idea.
Oh right.
I kind of figured it couldn't possibly be Hale and Pace.
Or, could it ?
