It's a couple of 419 Scammers that have been tricked into performing the "Parrot Sketch" as they think theres a grant or something at the end of it for them

Theres some pretty classy acting in it.

I couldn't watch all of it, but my biggest concern wouldn't be him selling me a dead parrot, but selling me a dead duck and telling me it was a parrot.

That duck was hard!

When he chucked it up and it hit the counter, he nearly quacked it.
