Living With Mark Gatiss Page 3

I've also trained my dog to write episodes of Waterloo Road and Holby City. Naturally, he has to write under a pseudonym... So, you BBC One continuing drama fans - for a bit of fun - why not try to guess which episodes of your fave TV show were written by a 3 year old Border terrier!? ;)

Was it the one where Robert Powell sniffs Patsy Kensit's arse before humping her?

:D

I did enjoy the League of Gentleman, but I was a bit put off by seeing Mark Gatiss telling me how good it was & what movies they'd cleverly referenced.

I didn't much like his Doctor Who episodes, but I did enjoy the first episode of Sherlock.

What I'm trying to say is that I'd rather live with Reece Shearsmith.

Haha! He would be fun. But very grumpy.

I'd rather live with Jeremy Dyson. We could snuggle up together in front the fire during the long, cold winter evenings. We would write and laugh and write and fight and write and make-up... then I'd stroke his knee whilst whispering in his ear where he went wrong with Funland. Lovey

I'd ask how he thought up the idea of the bagless vacuum cleaner.

I don't know how to quote the question mark
but I remember seeing Mark Gatiss talking about the LOG and I thought yes it was quite funny, but if it's really a modern classic then I'd rather let time tell me that.

Oh, well I've never seen Mark being egotistical.

He might not have been egotistical, just enthusiastic about his own work.
Which is fine & quite enough to make me jealous & bitter.

Aw.
Well I bet your beard doesn't come out ginger. So you're winning in that department.

Some of it does.

*Goes away to cry & eat some special stuff.

Aww!

Erm.

You're probably younger than him!

That'll Dooo
:D

I'm a huge LOG fan, and I love Gatiss, I even read the Vesuvius Club! but I do feel sometimes he lets his 'orientation' get in the way of a good story.
He can spin a good yarn, and I'm glad he's bringing back some of the old Victorian stories, but I think he needs to consider who his audience is.

Gay Victorians?
