I'm sure they accept that some people just think it's shit. Or they should anyway.
Life's Too Short Page 33
Watching this now for the first time in weeks
It's actually truly truly appalling
Dreadful
Barely even a plot this week! The tablecloth bit was funny but the whole dating thing (including the photograph) was lifted completely from The Office. I was waiting for him to go into the whole 'you're wearing a necklace to draw attention to your breasts' thing.
Weirdly, I fancy watching Willow again and seeing what it's like. It's ages since I've seen it.

I propose a double bill with Leprechaun In the Hood.
If anybody other than Gervais and Merchant had wrote this pile of garbage it wouldn't have been commissioned
It stinks!
No Gervais OR Merchant in tonight's episode. And the briefest of cameos right at the very end. Shocker.
Didn't improve it any, mind.
I don't get it ...
Every show is the same
People having conversations where they both say inappropriate and tactless and rude things to eachother ...
That's it
That's the whole show in a nutshell
It's tedious, moronic, witless and frankly pretty childish
Extras was the same
If anything though this show is far worse
Something I didn't think would be possible
But yup , they managed it
The Office was the same too. But people liked it. So they carried on.

Although it's well known that you're not exactly the biggest fan of The Office, Aaron, in your heart of hearts you know this statement to be untrue.
Well, people got their wish.
No G & M and no celebs airlifted in.
Just good old Warwick.
And it was even shitter than normal.
Who'd have thunk it.
God that was painful to watch. The only thing I found remotely amusing was when Warwick's accountant told the two girls he was a rapist, with Davis trying to get out of it by saying he was a racist.
Overall very very poor.

Not at all.

And Gervais has been bragging on Twitter that that's a sketch he wrote in 1997.

What a gump.
Absolutely abysmal. Everyone takes the piss out of Warwick and he allows it, so how are we meant to have any sympathy for the character?
By the way, how many characters in Gervais and Merchant sitcoms are going to say "oh, for fu..." in a perturbed fashion? It was hilarious first time round, when Brent said it about his blind date. Nowadays, every character sounds like Ricky Gervais playing Brent. There's no excuse for it really.
Warwick's accountant calling him a rapist infront of those girls was jaw droppingly bad. As was the fella at the dating agency (do they still exist?) saying "too short Warwick, too short." Awful.
