Yea I know Wikipedia gets some stick sometimes but I generally do think that if they say someone is still alive then they are still alive.

So I really have very little doubt about Annette Kerr. I'm sure she is still alive.

Based on a page that I created and wrote and that hasn't changed since?

I was thinking that maybe that Annette Kerr could have been a stage name or that she wasn't well known enough for anyone to have noticed.

What I mean is if she had died I would assume that Wikpedia themselves would update it.

But maybe you're right.....I don't know.

I hope there are some You Rang, M'Lord? fans out there because I didn't realise that back in May, Barbara New died. She played the scullery maid Mabel. Great comedy actress. She was 86 or 87 when she died.

Also just a few days ago Brenda Cowling died. Brenda played the cook, Mrs Lipton. She was 85 years old.

Very sad as I adore You Rang, M'Lord?.

Could we possibly rename this the 'Who's dead thread'? I mean, let's not beat about the bush.

There's a nice outtake of the Goodies being filmed for a now defunct Australian TV show called Where Are They Now? Tim Brooke Taylor and Bill Oddie goad the interviewers, saying the programme should be called Are They Dead?: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BxF0U4hU3c4

I am Annette Kerr's Great Niece. Unfortunately she passed away 25/09/13. She was more well known on stage but has also been in many comedys and other TV work. She was a great friend of Kenneth Williams and Patricia Routledge. Kerr was her stage name to an extent, her actual surname being Peacock though she didn't see this as a good name for an actress. Kerr is actually her middle name I believe.

According to Nietzsche God is dead, but then he hasn't done much comedy in years.

I've just discovered that Rose Hill (Edith's mother in 'Allo 'Allo) died in 2003, aged 84.

I am shocked, saddened and appalled.

My thoughts and deepest condolences to Monsieur LeClerc.

It's some small comfort to learn that she apparently died in her own bed, surrounded by friends, family and numerous British airmen.

RIP.

And Black Sabbath so it must be true.

That's been the same for a few years, no concrete proof anywhere on if she's still alive.

And plus, it was me who created that Wikipedia page :P Based on what I already knew about her.

Annette passed away on September 23rd aged 93 rip

One possible solution would be to put anthrax in spray tan - this would be an excellent way of weeding out undesirables in general.

What about...?

1 Janet Mahoney
2 Michael Sutton
3 Sheila Fearn
4 Penny Irving

Another is Angela Scouler of You Rang M'Lord fame, I believe she is, or was, married to Leslie Phillips.

Leslie gave a tremendously moving account of his wife's suicide in the recent self-produced More 4 documentary of his life.

Why do you want them dead? Apart from Sheila Fearne who I along with OR find attractive I don't think I know any of the others.
