Thanks for all the comments. Don, your comment made me laugh. Maybe I'll do a Mr. Ben post-recession odyssey where he growls at passers by and does a smash and grab in the costume shop.
As for shot composition, I'd be lost if I didn't storyboard things in advance - a tip for any budding film makers.
No-one's mentioned Anne Hathaway's performance yet. I thought it was first rate.
I will do something about the sound for the next one though.
