Back in September according to the ad I've just seen.

I enjoyed this & am looking forward to the next one. I can not believe the shit the chinese eat though. That is disgusting. Filthy f**kers.

Throughout history, China has been hit by periodic famines - one of the worst being that created by Chairman Mao's Great Leap Forward in the late 50s to early 60s - over 45 million people dying. So the Chinese have learnt to eat whatever's available to survive. To describe them as "disgusting" and "filthy f**kers" indicates that this show - about a man pretending to be a boring imbecile - has succeeded in keeping people ignorant. The Great Wall of China is not visible from the moon. It is not even a single wall built all at once but many different walls erected over hundreds of years.

While the f**kwittery of Jackass is often amusing, the contrived rubbish of An Idiot Abroad, punctuated by Gervais' conceited cackle, is tedious.

If what you say is true, and this is the Internet so anything is possible, they should have named it The Average Walls.

That joke wasn't funny the first time. It was Westerners who came up with the term "the Great Wall" - the Chinese called it "border walls" (and other names) but eventually adopted the "Great Wall" term (wanli changcheng - 10,000 leagues long wall) from the European visitors/writers.
