David Cameron and William Hauge are meeting.

Hauge : I take it I'm in charge of the negotiating team again?

Cameron : Yes William, its all in your hands.

Hauge : How much are you prepared to give?

Cameron : This one really has to be conservative and SEEN to be conservative. I don't want you giving in to more of David Laws' stupid liberal suggestions. Nothing incorporating things like India or Freedom. Pure conservative values is what we want.

Hauge : Leave it to me Davey!

Hauge leaves. Cameron turns round to Samantha who is lying in bed, baby in arms.

Cameron : Don't worry Sam, we should have an agreement on the baby's name in about five days.

It's a deadly simple idea, but the pin sharp characterisation makes it work.

I would like to see alot more of these characters. Possibly handling some bigger stories.
