Norman Wisdom.
Any comedians people don't get the fuss over Page 2
George Formby.
I do like Russell Brand.
But I'll add him to the list as I can totally see why he doesn't appeal to most.
Well if you don't get Norman Wisdom then you won't get Lee Evans.

Aw, I loved him when I was 11. I'm not sure there's a lot of fuss about him, either!
Jacques Tati.

Hee, I don't even mean that one. He's fine. I just hate his bloody singing sometimes.
Well if you don't get Jaques Tati then you won't get Eric Sykes.

You mean his dad? George Formby Sr?
I really made an effort recently to read one of Milligan's books, I just couldn't do it.
As for John Bishop, he's got the female viewers tuning in, as Stott says he's nice enough, but like Manford they're quite light-weight. I can only imagine it's their inoffensive manner that appeals.

I remember my dad making me & my brother watch Monsier Juliots holiday or whatever, telling us that it was brilliant.
Hahaha
We still laugh about how we didn't laugh at all to this day.

Same here.
Didn't someone here not know who Peter Sellers was recently?
Let's all pick on him again!

Well The Plank perhaps. Anyway having slated Tati, I am quite looking forward to Sylvain Chomet's new film, The Illusionist. which is apparently based on a lost Jacques Tati script.
