Things that baffle you

Why most cars are such sombre, dreary, plain colours. Who would choose battleship grey for anything other than a car? Why are most cars black, white, silver, dark blue or red (red being the bright exception to the rule)?

because less bright colours are less suseptable to fashions mores

why do people who atent Christian wear those little crosses

Or why they want their children Christened.

I want a yellow car.

I would like a yellow car also. Or a purple one. Or a nice Vespa green.

No. :(

There's a shade of yellow usually seen on very plush sports cars that I love above all others, it's quite rare but it's been around a long time. I saw a car in it the other day, may have been a porche or something. I'd describe it as lemon mouse with a hint of lime. Sexiest car colour by miles. Apart from dark red maybe.

The colour of Regan's Ford Granada in The Sweeney?

Which I must say I am enjoying the ancient reruns of on ITV4 at the mo. Well done ITV, keep it going, and The Professionals.

Can either of you drive?

I can. Not with an ounce of legality, but I can.

Laughing out loud

Gun metal grey is my favourite car colour, but then again, grey is my favourite colour generally.

You are John Major.

My mom's old car was shit-prindle brown. You can guess what that looked like.

So's your face.

Er, shit-prindle, maybe?

ps. What is prindle? Is it another of those strange American words that you use every day but we over here haven't got a scooby what it means? :)
