For me, having made it will be the point of having 'fans'. *sigh*
How do you know you made it? Page 3
You mean you have fans for no good reason?
I didn't word that properly at all.
Remove "the point".

And "of"
I think you can say you've truly "made it" when you - however high you've climbed the ladder - can truthfully say to yourself that you're proud and contented with what you've achieved.
That's bullshit though. You've made it when you've got two or three successful sitcoms under your belt and you're sitting on a big pile of cash, cackling and polishing your BAFTAS.

I'd agree with the above.
I know I've made it when I finally glue in the little pilot into the cockpit.
There's a picture of me in Grazia Magazine, rating the dress I'm wearing.
I've just had an egotistical half hour seeing how many pictures/videos there are of me on the web. it features a lot of the back of my head and face halves. Don't think I've made it yet.

I think it goes without saying that your name/image has to be the number one search find on Google.
When my well crafted, inclusive sitcom pushes off a half hour's worth of self indulgent, insular, exclusive crap which is aimed soley at 20/30 somethings with a love of pop culture, looks poorly structured, uses obscure cultural references in place of proper jokes or funny lines, but still gets the carefully selected TV audience wailing in laughter at them, looks lazily assembled, uses lurid caricatures as characters, has virtualy zero depth, forgets to reference the culture it is based on, has virtually no dynamic between the characters, forcing them all to wander off looking for their own storylines and on top of it all can be said to be derivitive of other shows.
Good luck with that.

Yeah, I don't like Spaced either.

Mental. It means you're closer genetically to Aaron than to . . . erm . . . someone else. With good taste in comedy.
Yeah, but he gets to annihilate zooo every night!
