I quite like it, Sooty, but I think it might be a little muddled in the way it unfolds. Perhaps have it like this:

THE WORLD'S STINGIEST TIME TRAVELLER LEAVES TESCO HE HAS A BAG OF SHOPPING.
HE CAREFULLY FOLDS THE RECEIPT AND PLACES IT IN HIS POCKET.

CUT TO: EXT.WOODS

THE TIME TRAVELLER DIGS A HOLE PLACES THE TESCO SHOPPING IN THE HOLE AND BURYS IT. HE PUTS A STICK TO INDICATE WHERE IT IS.
HE GETS BACK INTO HIS TIME MACHINE.

CUT TO EXT.TESCO

"5 YEARS LATER" POPS UP ON THE SCREEN.

THE TIME TRAVELLER LEAVES THE TIME MACHINE AND GOES INTO TESCO'S
HE REMONSTRATES WITH THE MANAGER.
HE SHOWS THE MANAGER THE RECEIPT AND THE NOW ROTTEN SHOPPING.
THE MANAGER GIVES THE TIME TRAVELLER SOME TESCO'S VOUCHER
THE TIME TRAVELLER LEAVES TESCO PULLS OUT HIS LOST AND CROSSES OFF
"Get compo vouchers from Tesco."

Thanks the version I'll go with.

Resent me when I'm famous.

I'm thinking of a sketch with a guy who goes out with a girl with a cloaca.

Found 'em! Excellent idea, and making him stingy carries the story along . My Mr Bubb's thing is giving himself little treats but I hadn't realised that could be a theme till now, thanks for that Sooty.

Hi sooty, I've always really liked this series of yours as, frankly, we all WOULD use amazing powers to our own mundane and petty benefit, no? Let's get real: who's gonna save the world or prevent the holocaust...? we're all just gonna use it to find out the winning lotto numbers etc.

However, this particular sketch didn't quite work for me. Ben's slightly edited version is a positive change. However, the idea of this sketch just seems a tad too obvious. For me, the concept of this sketch series doesn't reach its full potential with this particular sketch.

Surely he would just win the lottery... which makes the whole premise a bit flawed.
