You should stock up on things like cheap instant noodle packs (the asian branded ones, not like pot noodles ) as they are so perfect to make a great quick meal from.
If you don't have a noodle steaming bowl- boil them up (300ml water) with some carrots and peppers (so the carrots and peppers are still crisp)- throw in 1 tsp miso paste, 2tbsp sweet chilli sauce and 2 tbsps soy sauce. Serve with the soup ! Sooooo good for under 10 mins ! ooh and you can throw in a few asian mushrooms a couple of minutes before the end if you want to beef it up a bit !
Also, get to a weighhouse and stock up loads of seeds and berries etc- I have made myself a big bag of nuts, seeds, cranberries sultanas etc that I dip into every now and again. Perfect for a healthy(ish) snack and great for keeping your energy up !
