My mother in law's bread pudding. Found a large amount of mold in the bread. That was good for a solid week of wretching.
I was riding down a hill at top speed on my Striker bike, not long after learning to ride a bike, and a big juicy blue bottle went right down my throat. I tried to spit/puke it up, but it didn't come out.

It was mashed into a brown paste like cheese-spread with a sharp acid taste.
I never saw any maggots the 5 or 6 times I ate from the jar, but I wasen't really looking for any either. In hindsight, I just wish we had chosen another fav restaurant. French kisses anyone?
Sperm is probably the worst thing I have ever ever ate.

I now remember Mr Cuffe who I went to school with, who once told us how he ate his spots, and told us it was salty, I think I'm about to be sick.

I had a friend who ate her ear wax. That was truly vile. 
On a nicer note I have tried bogie when I was younger but they are not a dish I would serve at a La Te DAh dinner party.
