BCG Meet Up 2010 Page 44

Mmmm carvery.

It's a proper nooks-n-crannies pub, lots of pokey little rooms and partially sectioned-off areas, built and added to over many decades.

Have we booked a room? Or a section of a room. Or are we just turning up?

I've booked a green room just for me. It's the largest room the pub has so you lot are going to have to get cosy.

We have an area of the place.

I am not particularly happy about being there again as the staff are shit about putting a space aside. But apparently the last place was too far from the bar and too small. So I give up.

Isn't a bunch of people meeting up and drinking and talking what pubs are built for? Do we need a padded section? It wasn't that rammed last time.

Ha, yes.

Next meetup - everyone round Ellie's house! ;)

Next time, I'll have enough time to find somewhere good. Been so busy. I am trying so hard to get a white board.

Can all come round my place if you like. Got a Nintendo Wii and fridge full of kryptonite. Good times.

Does it need to be big?

No, not at all. Big enough to play pictionary on?

I liked the last place!

I'll put my thinking cap on, but other than buying one or calling in favours somehow, it does look like a bit of a pain. Everyone should give in a poound towards a whiteboard or something. ;)

I really liked the last place too. Meant we could play the games without everyone watching too and thinking what a bunch of geeks. This new place is really open and I'll feel embarrassed.
