This one is quite simple Grandpa. The funny letters and squiggles in blue were in today's magic tablet news - that's the present. It reminded me of a thread from the past, so I back referenced it. You know, like when you see a banana it reminds you of the war.

Will Cam - doing sarcasm since 1966.

Ahh, I remember my first banana after the war and trying to eat it with the skin on.

My favourite is probably Powell's City of Books in Portland, OR, which is the world's largest independent book store. Very easy to get lost in there. I certainly have. And the rare book room is insane. The main location is about 4-5 stories tall taking up an entire rather large city block, and then there are 5 or so other slightly smaller branches throughout Portland and a smattering of warehouses full of extra books throughout the city.

So. Jealous.

I can't resist a good snoop whenever I see a Home Bargins. I also save a fortune from buying 1 kilo bags of Tilda rice at 99p stores which is about a third of the price in supermarkets.

I used to work in the basement of a library culling old books and processing new ones. A lot of the old ones smelled of petrol for some reason. Mmmm.

Snoopers Paradise in Brighton. Loads of lovely old vinyl.
