Another one of the greats takes their last bow.

RIP

RIP.

Young version:

Oh dear. Still, at least he lasted longer than his mate, James Dean. RIP.

RIP to one of the most bonkers film stars ever. His Frank from Blue Velvet was incredible.

I think I remember him from 24.

Easy Rider was one of my defining moments.

Thanks and RIP.

He did become a bit of a rent-a-psycho in recent years. He was good in Speed, though.

Oh yeah! With his mangled hand.

They've changed it now, but NME's website said "Slash, Paul Epworth pay tribute to late Hollywood star Dennis Potter". Oops.

Oh no how sad.

No doubt Coleman will be his butler in hell.

I thought Rumblefish was his best film (as an actor), though I've never seen The Last Movie, despite the tantalizing bits of its dialogue that are quoted in The Fifty Worst Movies of All Time.

I drink to your f**k, Dennis. R.I.P.

Jesus wish people would stop dying, then again we did have a harsh winter.

I shall have a glass of beer to the late Dennis Hopper and a bottle of wine, oh make that four plus a couple bottles of bourbon a big bag of weed, some uppers and a two tabs acid. Round this off with some brandy, mescalin, some barbs and after a sleep in the desert three grams of coke.
See you Dennis

And quite soon!
