The camera is panned in on a snooker table. The balls are basically in a circle. The blue ball is hit, we can see the cue.
As the ball spins into the middle of the circle, it becomes the planet earth, the red ball becomes mars and the yellow Jupiter etc. We see a shot of the universe. The camera then pans in on the snooker player it is God, chalking the cue.

Perfect.
Nice idea, although it feels like it should be in a sequence of other jokes.
I like the idea, but I can't visualise how it would be realised.

I just can't quite picture how you'd show the Snooker & then change to the universe reveal.
I prefer Angie's, if we're comparing.

Do the balls in 3D and overlay planets then just do a gentle transition so it fades through the reflection. Or could do the other side of the ball is earth and once it's revealed the table bleed away. Not difficult visually I don't think.
I'm sure I've seen something like this before (without the God ending). Something like the opening sequence to 3rd Rock from the Sun. Nice little idea though.

Seems a bit dated, to me.
It's the kind of short animation that one would have seen on the 1980's TV show Hartbeat; wedged between Morph and The Gallery.
