(READING ALOUD AS HE MAKES A NOTE) "Subject demonstrates total immunity to subtext..."Although it is reminiscent of the joke Sooty mentions.

For me it's only funny if the guy sees men f**king where there are none. The reversal where he sees inkblots where there are men f**king seems over-conceptualized to me. Nice prop though. Lovingly made - by Laws, obviously. The crown was also a nice touch, although a tiara would be more accurate.Acting; much better from Dave - no cocaine eyes and good normal-dude hair. But why wasn't Stott on the couch? He could have added another tier of irony, since he's so gay looking. And sounding.
The joke, as I've said before, is that the psychiatrist is showing the patient the images in an effort to none-too-subtly persuade him to have sex with him. Some people are getting it, others are not. I'll admit it's not the easiest idea to grapple with as people might be watching the setup thinking it's going to end exactly like the old joke Sooty mentioned.
I should add that the sodomy image was of my own making and that I've never acted under the influence of cocaine. A couple of cans of Mountain Dew was all I needed to get the authentic drugged up to the eyeballs look I was wearing in the IT Trouble sketch.
