The emphasis was on the word 'anyone'. Read the article the OP linked to and it would seem people don't want certain people seeing something they post or 'like'.

I remember working with a journalist who was writing an article about being featured in a soft porn mag against her knowledge and wishes. She'd been photographed on a beach topless.

As long as they're present in some form, I don't see why size should be a big deal.
