Yeah, I keep looking at Samsung, although they have the habit of producing 48" and other weird sized TVs. I shall check eBay, cheers.

I went with a 50" LG Smart Plasma TV, simply because I'll be getting the most for my money. Plus, my Dad owns the same one and I got to test it out last night and it's pretty darn good, plus it must've updated the software because it's no longer as sluggish as it was.
OMG! Not . . . plasma?
But if you do John Lewis seems to be the best deal when you take into account the 5 year warranty. £539.
Currys Care Plan is £6.50 pm over 5 years = £390 !
Plasma has a better picture, plus because it lost the screen technology war, it is now cheaper(ish)
I'm not bothered by warranty, most things have 6 year warranty anyway.
