What was the point?

JANE IS WAITING OUTSIDE THE BATHROOM

JANE
Let me in Tim I've got to get ready for work.

BANGS ON THE DOOR

JANE
I'm going to be late, I need the job.

BANGS ON THE DOOR

JANE
Tim you are so selfish...you, you.

TIM COMES OUT OF THE BATHROOM HE IS WEARING A SOWESTER, A RAIN CAPE, AND A SCUBA SUIT THEY ARE DRIPPING WET.
HE TAKES THEM OFF AND IS BONE DRY HE HAS CLEARLY NOT GOT AT ALL WET IN THE SHOWER, SHOWERING WAS A POINTLESS EXPERIENCE. HE MIGHT AS WELL NOT HAVE HAD A SHOWER, WHY HE BOTHERED HAVING A SHOWER IN SUCH ATTIRE IS A MYSTERY.

JANE
But why? What was the point in that?

TIM
There is no point.

Not sure where you're going with this Joel.

I'd give it five minutes.

?

He was in the shower in waterproofs so he achieved no benefit from the experience.

That's the joke.

It's a bit slight.

Ah, that didn't come across. Maybe put in some sound effects in the setup?

:) I liked it.
