Talking head - urgent advice appreciated!

I have until 9pm to record a "talking head" monologue. 'can anyone please tell me if a "talking head" monologue would be the same style as Ronnie Corbett's seated tales. Or Ross Kemp interviewing gangs? Thank you.

They're more pieces to the camera, whereas a talking head is aimed towards an interviewer. But I suppose it doesn't matter too much.

:)

Strictly speaking it's directly addressed to one person. The best example is Alan Bennett from his two 'Talking Heads' series.

Give this a go.

Thank you all for your advice. It is much appreciated, and I was introduced to some comics of whom I had never heard.

Brava!!
