I say 'fith' not 'fifth'. But no idea how I say sixth.
How often does one even need to say sixth? Not very bloody often. It's an awkward word for your mouth to say. Like crisps.

It is six-s-th.

In other words, there is no sick in it.

I can't do an 's' and a 'th' next to each other.
Not without it sounding/feeling weird anyway.

You could practice by saying "south" without the "ow" sound in it.

We are travelling "sth".

Yes, it's "sth" and not "north".

Then try "sixth". :)

It just ends up having about 3 syllables.

Despair not zooo...........................what' s all this six s th bollocks - it's a simple SIX-TH. There's no "s" in the pronunciation.
